Imbizo Ya Madoda is a 12-week character-first reintegration and empowerment program designed to unlock identity, discipline, skills, and work pathways for unemployed and marginalised men.
It is the entry point to a three-phase pathway:
➡️ Imbizo (Restoration & Vision)
➡️ Bogoni Boost (Digital Skills)
➡️ Bogoni EliteFix (Vocational Training & Work Readiness)
Our goal?
To move men from survival to contribution, restoring the dignity of work, family, and purpose.
